- Download the app from the app store for your device from the links above
- Use the app to select number of rooms, start taking pictures and adding comments against them (no internet needed here)
- You can also get your tenant's signature at the property (and you don't need internet for that either)
- When done and connected to internet, send all collected info with one tap to your online control panel
- Login online to check and mark the report as complete so you can download a PDF, email it or send for signing to tenants who were not present
